3. Quotations and payment

• Quotations are based on the information you share with us and are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
• Fees, payment schedule and any advance payment are as agreed in the written quotation or proposal.
• Applicable taxes such as GST are charged extra unless stated otherwise.
• Work may be paused if payments are overdue.
• Advertising budgets (for example Google Ads and Meta Ads) are paid directly to the advertising platforms and are separate from our service fees, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Your responsibilities

To deliver good results on time, we need your cooperation. You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and access to the accounts, content and materials needed for the work. Delays in providing these may delay delivery. You are responsible for making sure that the content, images, logos and other materials you give us do not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Timelines

We work to the timelines agreed in the proposal. Timelines are estimates and may change depending on how quickly feedback, content and approvals are provided, and on factors outside our control such as platform reviews.

6. No guarantee of results

We use our experience and best practices to improve your online presence. However, results such as search rankings, website traffic, enquiries, leads or sales depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and social media algorithms, competition, market conditions and your own products and pricing. We therefore do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of leads or sales.

7. Third-party platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, WhatsApp and hosting providers. These platforms have their own terms and policies, and they may change features, reject ads or suspend accounts at their discretion. We are not responsible for such actions, but we will help you where we reasonably can.

8. Intellectual property

After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as your final logo, website design and approved creatives, subject to the rights of any third-party tools, fonts, stock images or software used. Until full payment is received, we retain ownership of all work. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

9. Confidentiality

We treat the non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide our services. This does not apply to information that is already public or that we are required to disclose by law.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Either party may end a service as set out in the proposal or agreement. Fees for work already completed, time already spent and third-party costs already incurred (such as advertising spend, domains, hosting or stock assets) are non-refundable. Any refund or cancellation terms specific to your project will be mentioned in your quotation or proposal.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Just Digital Zone is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or business, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in question.

12. Use of our website

You agree not to misuse our website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, sending spam through our forms or copying our content without permission. All content on this website, including text, design and logos, belongs to Just Digital Zone unless stated otherwise.

13. Governing law
